Mission proposée

Reporting to the Management Control Manager within the Financial Department of Apave International, the post holder will be responsible for the management control his/her regional dedicated scope.

 

In direct contact with the entities Heads of Accounting, the accountants, the BU Managers, the main missions will be as follows:

BUDGET / REPORTING / ANALYZES:
● Carry out budgetary monitoring work for BUs, forecasting, development and consolidation of the annual
budget while ensuring the reliability of the data and providing analyzes and comments;
● Check the reality of the data entered in the ERP as well as in BFC, the Group's reporting tool;
● Participate in the control of monthly and quarterly closings;
● Implement and harmonize analytical accounting, and train local teams;
● Analyze the analytical results of the BUs;
● Participate in the financial control of BUs: performance analysis, expenditure control, calculation of cost
prices and standard costs, business profitability analysis and management of in-process production;
● Monitor and manage management indicators and prepare dashboards;
● Ensure the identification and analysis of gaps allowing corrective measures;
● Analyze the WCR and the main financial KPIs;
● Participate in the production of central analytical reporting;
● Contribute to structuring and cross-functional projects in terms of management tools aimed at improving
performance across the Division.


CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND MANAGEMENT TOOLS :
● Assist and train local teams in the use and understanding of the business/project management tool;
● Ensure the monitoring and analytical management of projects through the business management tool (gaps,
margins, etc.) and support the teams to reduce gaps and optimize performance;

● Participate in quarterly project reviews (project review synthesis);
● Make the customer base more reliable by validating customer account openings;
● Participate in the possible implementation of a new accounting tool and its training,

 

MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION:
● Organize team activity transversally;
● Ensure the development of the skills of local teams;
● Ensure monthly reporting to the administrative and financial management of the division;
● Be proactive with internal customers, promoting transversality.

Profil souhaité

Qualification & Education requirements: BAC+4/5 level diploma in Finance / Management Control.
Desired experience: (in terms of duration and content): 5 to 8 years in a management control role with an
international dimension and an analytical approach to projects (SSII, design/engineering offices, public works
companies).


Technical Skills
▪ Master the organization and general strategy of Apave International and the Group;
▪ Master the Group's accounting and financial rules (deadline planning);
▪ Master the rules of analytical accounting;
▪ Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial systems meeting international standards;
▪ Master budget development and monitoring;
▪ Master Excel tools (macros, TCD, etc.), ERP (AIMS or other used within the scope) and the Group's accounting
and consolidation tools;
▪ Know how to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment;
▪ Master English;
▪ Knowledge of the company's QHSE rules.
